From the moment I informed John and Julie of Emma’s death they came into our lives and showed us how wonderful caring and compassionate they were. Nothing was too much trouble no question went unanswered no matter what time of the day and night and no matter where they were even when I interrupted their free time. The Ideas and details they put forward to us were to make this a celebration of her life and were carried out to the letter. This made it the most perfect send off anyone could ask for. The work that Julie put into the video and the extra touches will stay with us forever and no request was to big or small. John was the strong calm influence who smiled at me through my anxious outbursts and sometimes requests which were not sensible or practical. The arms of both of these people encircled our family the whole time and they gave us strength to face each day and never to feel alone. All of this we never envisaged and there are no words or deeds than can ever really be enough thanks.

Just want to say a massive thank you to John and Julie for making sure my Grandma had the send off she deserved. The first time we met John and Julie we felt as though they were our friends, nothing was to much, any questions we had they got back to us immediately and it was so comforting knowing my Grandma was in the hands of two of the loveliest people me and my family have ever met. Honestly from the bottom of all our hearts thank you so much for getting us through the hardest time of our lives.

Furthermore you also created a beautiful video compilation of the day including the procession through Horden village that has captured the moment forever and was so moving.

Excellent Service, we had the video included, everyone was totally professional and respectful of the situation. John is a really accommodating nice guy who treated my sister with dignity and respect, the video was excellent quality and the guys taking the video were on the ball with the best angles without being to imposing within the service. Such a lovely family business and we were completely happy with the service and help that they provided.

At the most difficult of times, John and Julie were brilliant. They were kind, thoughtful, considerate and have wonderful ideas to fill the gaps where I just didn't have a clue.

From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice.
