Julie's video tribute to Ron was perfect. A touching tribute to him, which he'd have loved. Julie was so innovative and imaginative in producing something with unexpected touches throughout.
This was the first experience I have personally had with Delanoy's but my mother has family ties with the company going back generations, so we knew they were a long-established and well respected company.
They were very responsive. Prompt and accomodating of everything we wanted. Both of us would highly recommend their service to anyone.

The service at the Church taken by Lucy Moss captured the person who Julia was and gave the family the spiritual comfort needed at such a difficult time.

The tribute managed by Julie and John of Delanoy Funeral Services, captured Julia's life's achievements, in photographic format, reminding us all of the full and happy life Julia had enjoyed.

We lost our little girl at 7 days old. John & Julie couldn’t help us enough. They were amazing, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Everything I asked for just wasn’t an issue at all. Even little things such as she had a tonies box playing in the RVI & they made sure it was always on for her off there own backs we didn’t even have to ask. I wanted it all videoing & aimed towards her big brother so that he could watch it when he was older & so he felt included in it all & they did everything we asked & more. Everything was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure our family & Saige-Ann were looked after. The room is absolutely beautiful & they took such good care of her.

I can't recommend Delanoy's enough. John and Julie were absolutely fantastic for me and my family when organising my dad's funeral. They went above and beyond and made us feel like they genuinely cared for us. They were always just a text away to answer the miriad of questions we had and to include extra things to the service. Adding little touches like all wearing hartlepool united ties and many others, that we loved so much. The tribute video that julie made was brilliant and made sure my dad got the send off he deserved. They made our worst day as lovely as possible and we as a family will never forget it. From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

This morning, we said goodbye to Mark Jepson “Jeppa” a much loved and dedicated Sunderland supporter.

Mark sadly passed away just two months after losing his mother, and we felt it was only right to give him a memorable send-off that was personal to him and reflected the love so many had for him.

I am so sorry to hear this. Marilyn and I would occasionally text each other. She would keep me informed of the happenings in England. She always thought of other folks. Her last message to me ended with, "Take care pet." Just typical of her character. I am so very sad. RIP Marilyn you are an Easington Icon.
