My father passed away on the 10th of April he had a pre paid funeral plan which made my life so much easier at a terrible time. John and Julie were absolutely amazing through out the whole process and did not falter. They rang me text me and visited through out the whole process. Their attention to detail was amazing. When you are in such a vulnerable place you need someone to rely on and trust. John and Julie were those people, I felt comforted and safe under their care. My dad would have been so grateful for their support as am I.

From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice. The care and compassion that Julie and John showed to the whole family truly is amazing. We discussed what arrangements we would like, and they carried out every little detail we asked for, there was never a time when we were told no, we can’t do that. Due to the expertise of Julie and John our brother Mark got the most perfect service for us to all say our goodbyes. From our first meeting with John and Julie at Delanoys they showed great compassion and provided us with different suggestions for Mams funeral. Julie created a brilliant tribute video to her favourite song that portrayed Mams life brilliantly. They drove pas Grampian Care home where Mam spent her latter years. Julie and John walked in front of the cars giving all of the wonderful staff the chance to say their final farewells. So many personal touches that made such a sad day so special and personal. Can’t thank them enough.

We lost our little girl at 7 days old. John & Julie couldn’t help us enough. They were amazing, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Everything I asked for just wasn’t an issue at all. Even little things such as she had a tonies box playing in the RVI & they made sure it was always on for her off there own backs we didn’t even have to ask. I wanted it all videoing & aimed towards her big brother so that he could watch it when he was older & so he felt included in it all & they did everything we asked & more. Everything was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure our family & Saige-Ann were looked after. The room is absolutely beautiful & they took such good care of her.
