An excellent service from John and Julie whilst arranging my father in laws funeral. Their professionalism, compassion and thoughtfulness was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Delanoy's were absolutely exceptional throughout they gave my wife the most beautiful send off with attention to every last detail they were very supportive and caring throughout the whole process and nothing was too much for them i would like to thank John & Julie for the compassion & professionalism they showed at this devastating time also a massive thank you for the beautiful tribute video shown in church which filled the church with tears but also laughter it really was the most beautiful day for my beautiful wife!

Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. They keep in touch and are very clear on what you do and don’t need to think about. In the end, we had the most wonderful day which celebrated Mam’s life with all the people who knew and loved her. At a sad time, you are very safe in their hands.

Julie spoke to my girls a couple of days ago to see if they were okay and they made it very special by including a video for memories they made the girls included in the video showing there necklaces of their mam what a lovely touch they are the best and always looked out for us 5 star service!

From the moment we first spoke to them, the Julie and John were incredible. They showed so much love, care, and support through such a difficult time for our family. They made sure the funeral was completely individual to my brother, thinking of every little detail and guiding us with kindness from start to finish. Their communication was faultless, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will always be grateful for the compassion and dedication they gave us, they truly went above and beyond.

The loss of a loved one is extremely hard but it helps if you receive care and support at this time. In this regard, as a family, we were so grateful for the help of John and Julie. They guided us through the process and came up with useful suggestions on setting up the funeral arrangements.
