I can't recommend Delanoy's enough. John and Julie were absolutely fantastic for me and my family when organising my dad's funeral. They went above and beyond and made us feel like they genuinely cared for us. They were always just a text away to answer the miriad of questions we had and to include extra things to the service. Adding little touches like all wearing hartlepool united ties and many others, that we loved so much. The tribute video that julie made was brilliant and made sure my dad got the send off he deserved. They made our worst day as lovely as possible and we as a family will never forget it. I really don't know were to start with how amazing this service is, they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as ever at such a difficult time, from the day I lost my mam they were with me from day 2 helping me plan everything, making sure everything was in place so she could have the most amazing send off, even went out there way to take me to my mams favourite places to make the most precious video ever, and most of all took really good care of my mam and made her look as beautiful as ever, me, my family and peppa would really like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for literally every little thing Julie and John have done you guys are amazing the best funeral service by far ❤

from the moment Delanoy's involvement began, just a few short hours after our adored Nana had peacefully passed away surrounded by love, to the time for saying a final goodbye at the funeral, everybody at Delanoys treated nana with the utmost dignity and respect. We wanted to take the time to say a huge Thank you to both Julie and John for the support that they have given us throughout this very difficult time.
The service that they have provided since the moment we initially made that first call, up until the day of mams service has been truly outstanding.
In particular the bespoke services that they offer really is second to none.
We have family members who were unfortunately unable to attend mams funeral due to the current restrictions, but with the help of Julie’s personalised tributes and video footage taken on the day, this will allow them to be part of mams final journey which was so important to the family.
It definitely takes a special kind of person to do what they do, consoling and supporting bereaved families but they are both truly amazing people. They act with genuine respect, care and compassion.
Julie in particular works tirelessly around the clock, and despite having other families to support she has been there for us at all times which is something we cannot thank her enough for.
She has been a shoulder to cry on, and has acted like a friend in what has been a very sad journey.
