There simply aren’t the words to express our Thanks to Julie & John. Over the past month Delanoys have gone above & beyond to ensure our Dad’s wishes were honoured. Dad was treated with dignity & the empathy shown towards us simply could not be matched. The knowledge & care whilst arranging our Dads final journey was a huge comfort knowing if Dad was here, it would have received his approval. This funeral service is second to none. We really can't thank John and Julie enough following the funeral of my father, Ian Berry. They treated us with the utmost respect and compassion throughout this difficult time, giving us their professional advice while accommodating our requests and wishes. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their priority was our happiness with the service they provided, which has gone beyond the actual funeral. They gave Ian a send off to be proud of, for which we'll be eternally grateful.

Delanoy Funeral Services recently arranged my father’s funeral. John and Julie made the whole process so much easier than it could have been. They were sensitive, caring and compassionate when dealing with myself and my family and offered a totally bespoke service with some wonderfully personal touches. They even got up at sunrise to take my father on a drive past his favourite places and made a very touching video of this which we have watched several times and really helped us with the grieving process. These people really care about what they do. They are professional, caring and totally aware of the importance of their role to grieving families. On top of that their bill was very reasonable indeed. I can not recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for what they did.

I can honestly say from the moment my brother died Julie and John were so amazing helping us to give. Him the best send off from the singer which I have to say was amazing and made it more special the tribute that Julie put together for my brother was outstanding showed all his life in an amazing way he had the best send off and would of been so proud how everything was done I could not thank Julie and John enough for making the day so beautiful ❤️

All the staff at Delanoy funeral services are amazing we would not have been able to give my sister in law the sending off we wanted had it not been for John & Julie. The entire process was brilliant, the finer details really separate Delanoy and other directors. It felt so incredibly personal and you could tell a great deal of care and attention went into every aspect of the funeral. From special touches with music that we have never seen before to an incredible tribute video, is it bad to say I look forward to them planning my funeral?
