From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice. The care and compassion that Julie and John showed to the whole family truly is amazing. We discussed what arrangements we would like, and they carried out every little detail we asked for, there was never a time when we were told no, we can’t do that. Due to the expertise of Julie and John our brother Mark got the most perfect service for us to all say our goodbyes. Julie was an absolute rock to our mam (Marilyn) when we couldn’t be there, and I can’t thank her enough for this (she is an absolute super star). I really don't know were to start with how amazing this service is, they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as ever at such a difficult time, from the day I lost my mam they were with me from day 2 helping me plan everything, making sure everything was in place so she could have the most amazing send off, even went out there way to take me to my mams favourite places to make the most precious video ever, and most of all took really good care of my mam and made her look as beautiful as ever, me, my family and peppa would really like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for literally every little thing Julie and John have done you guys are amazing the best funeral service by far ❤
