What John and Julie have done for our family words can't describe. When my Dad was ill with Cancer both John and Julie said they'd look after him and they did just that. Both of them have eased the pain and Dad got exactly what he wished for.

From day 1, I knew we'd made the right decision choosing them, and we were not wrong. Every request we had (and there were a few) were delivered with care, consideration and professionalism. With nothing being too much trouble.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

If you are looking for a funeral director that cares I most definitely wouldn’t look any further than Delanoy Funeral Services. From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice. The care and compassion that Julie and John showed to the whole family truly is amazing. We discussed what arrangements we would like, and they carried out every little detail we asked for, there was never a time when we were told no, we can’t do that. Due to the expertise of Julie and John our brother Mark got the most perfect service for us to all say our goodbyes. Julie was an absolute rock to our mam (Marilyn) when we couldn’t be there, and I can’t thank her enough for this (she is an absolute super star).
