They... were sensitive, caring and compassionate when dealing with myself and my family and offered a totally bespoke service with some wonderfully personal touches. They even got up at sunrise to take my father on a drive past his favourite places and made a very touching video of this which we have watched several times and really helped us with the grieving process. These people really care about what they do. They are professional, caring and totally aware of the importance of their role to grieving families. From our first meeting with John and Julie at Delanoys they showed great compassion and provided us with different suggestions for Mams funeral.... Julie created a brilliant tribute video to her favourite song that portrayed Mams life brilliantly. They drove pas Grampian Care home where Mam spent her latter years. Julie and John walked in front of the cars giving all of the wonderful staff the chance to say their final farewells. So many personal touches that made such a sad day so special and personal.
