I could not have asked for a better service John and Julie are such wonderful people and nothing is too much trouble. From the day my dad passed right up until his send off they’ve treated both ourselves and my dad with the utmost respect. Their professionalism is second to none. Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. They keep in touch and are very clear on what you do and don’t need to think about. In the end, we had the most wonderful day which celebrated Mam’s life with all the people who knew and loved her. At a sad time, you are very safe in their hands.

3 years ago Delanoys provided their service for my mothers funeral and back then their service was excellent, both John and Julie provided a beautiful send off for her.
On the 14th November this year we said our goodbyes to my father and John and Julie were there to give a personal send off.
From the moment we set off it was exactly as I could imagine my father would have wanted, the little touches that they made were so lovely and thoughtful.
Myself and my family would like to thank John and Julie but also to all the staff who were very courteous, friendly and professional.
It was a difficult day but went very smoothly thanks to Delanoys funeral services.

Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

My husband, Bill, said he wanted a no fuss, simple funeral and that is what Delanoy arranged for us. My daughter and I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, caring and compassion shown to us by Julie and John. They were like friends we had known for a long time and nothing was a trouble.
