I can't thank and praise John and Julie enough for arranging and organising my husband's Mark's funeral. They were professional but personal and they took away any stress by explaining what was happening along the way. They attended to everything and nothing was too much trouble. They often went above and beyond to add in extra special touches such as turning up to record our balloon release to include in the tribute video. Our tribute video and street footage are amazing keepsakes and detail again was just something else not forgetting Julie and John travelling to my mams favourite place in the Lakes to make our video that extra special.

We lost our little girl at 7 days old. John & Julie couldn’t help us enough. They were amazing, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Everything I asked for just wasn’t an issue at all. Even little things such as she had a tonies box playing in the RVI & they made sure it was always on for her off there own backs we didn’t even have to ask. I wanted it all videoing & aimed towards her big brother so that he could watch it when he was older & so he felt included in it all & they did everything we asked & more. Everything was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure our family & Saige-Ann were looked after. The room is absolutely beautiful & they took such good care of her.

We wanted to take the time to say a huge Thank you to both Julie and John for the support that they have given us throughout this very difficult time. The service that they have provided since the moment we initially made that first call, up until the day of mams service has been truly outstanding. In particular the bespoke services that they offer really is second to none. We have family members who were unfortunately unable to attend mams funeral due to the current restrictions, but with the help of Julie’s personalised tributes and video footage taken on the day, this will allow them to be part of mams final journey which was so important to the family. It definitely takes a special kind of person to do what they do, consoling and supporting bereaved families but they are both truly amazing people. They act with genuine respect, care and compassion. Julie in particular works tirelessly around the clock, and despite having other families to support she has been there for us at all times which is something we cannot thank her enough for. She has been a shoulder to cry on, and has acted like a friend in what has been a very sad journey. From the first call speaking to John nothing has been too much trouble. The support John and Julie have given throughout these tough last couple of weeks has been above and beyond and they have both ensured Jonny got the send off he deserved. So sorry to be reading this. A lady Sew it All had the pleasure of doing clothing alterations for and often in my thoughts. A very inspirational lady always had words of wisdom and wonderful stories to tell, never failed to have a laugh with Dorothy. Wake up on a morning and say "right, ive not lived this day before let's see what its got in store " god bless you dorothy 🙏 Deepest condolences to the the family.
