Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. Every detail was impeccable from the passing of Fred to laying him to rest. The personal touches given by John and Julie put us all at ease - they went above and beyond especially on the day of the funeral, making sure every element was perfect.
The effort in the background ensured that we had nothing to worry about as we could trust it was all being dealt with which took a lot of the worry away in what was a very difficult time for us as a family. The flowers were all just perfect, the order of service exactly as we requested and on the day of the funeral we could not have asked for anything more.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

So sorry to be reading this. A lady Sew it All had the pleasure of doing clothing alterations for and often in my thoughts. A very inspirational lady always had words of wisdom and wonderful stories to tell, never failed to have a laugh with Dorothy. Wake up on a morning and say "right, ive not lived this day before let's see what its got in store " god bless you dorothy 🙏 Deepest condolences to the the family.
