At the most difficult of times, John and Julie were brilliant. They were kind, thoughtful, considerate and have wonderful ideas to fill the gaps where I just didn't have a clue.

As a family we truly can’t thank John & Julie enough for the service they have provided for us. From the day my dad passed right up until his send off they’ve treated both ourselves and my dad with the utmost respect. Their professionalism is second to none. They’ve shown great empathy and consideration throughout the most difficult time of our lives and for that we will forever be grateful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they’ve guided us every step of the way, the send off they gave my dad would have been exactly what he wanted which we have found great comfort in whilst grieving such a huge loss.
