We cannot thank John, Julie and their staff enough for all their help, kindness, compassion and understanding. They helped make a very heartbreaking time a little easier. Natalie’s pink coffin was beautiful and just what we wanted for her and the pink ties worn by John and Julie were a lovely, unexpected addition. We were also touched by the lovely post on their Facebook page, helping to share our sad news.

My family cannot speak highly enough of the kind, caring and empathetic service Delanoy Funeral Services provided to us all following the death of our beloved mam. The service and support provided was faultless from the moment they were contacted until the day of the funeral. Julie and John at Delanoy knew that mam was a long-standing Sunderland AFC ticket holder who followed the club home and away. Knowing how much the club meant to her, on the day before her funeral, Delanoy took her on one last trip to the Stadium of Light and made a beautiful short video of the visit. This was entirely at the behest of John and Julie and was a wonderful and emotional surprise for the whole family. It meant so much to us all. Mam would have been so thrilled and delighted. Thank you John and Julie. You are a credit to your profession.

We're do I start, suddenly we lost our precious dad on 30/07/2024, Delony were absolutely amazing from start to finish, they gave our dad the most perfect send off,they were very caring and supportive at this devastating time. On behalf of the family of the late Margaret Gillespie I would like to thank John, Julie and all their staff for the support they gave to us after the passing of our Aunty. Aunty Margaret died in North Tees Hospital and she was buried in Kilcar, Co. Donegal, Fire.
