We lost our little girl at 7 days old. John & Julie couldn’t help us enough. They were amazing, I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Everything I asked for just wasn’t an issue at all. Even little things such as she had a tonies box playing in the RVI & they made sure it was always on for her off there own backs we didn’t even have to ask. I wanted it all videoing & aimed towards her big brother so that he could watch it when he was older & so he felt included in it all & they did everything we asked & more. Everything was absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure our family & Saige-Ann were looked after. The room is absolutely beautiful & they took such good care of her.

From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family.
