They guided us through the process and came up with useful suggestions on setting up the funeral arrangements. They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

My husband, Bill, said he wanted a no fuss, simple funeral and that is what Delanoy arranged for us. My daughter and I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, caring and compassion shown to us by Julie and John. They were like friends we had known for a long time and nothing was a trouble.
