After the recent loss of my mother-in-law and previous loss of my father-in-law, we would like to thank John and Julie for an excellent service, the support all the family received was overwhelming, they felt like part of our family as they went above and beyond to make everything perfect, we as a family would highly recommend them.

Natalie’s pink coffin was beautiful and just what we wanted for her and the pink ties worn by John and Julie were a lovely, unexpected addition. My father recently died and Delanoys were our first choice for acting as our funeral partners. I use funeral partners rather than funeral directors because John and Julie involved the family at every step of the funeral planning. No detail was too small for them to step in and take care of, to provide the smoothest and most unobtrusive service we could possibly expect.

Delanoys don't take centre stage in the funeral, the family do; Delanoys make sure that everything is taken care of so that the family have nothing to worry about. We wanted to take the time to say a huge Thank you to both Julie and John for the support that they have given us throughout this very difficult time.
The service that they have provided since the moment we initially made that first call, up until the day of mams service has been truly outstanding.
In particular the bespoke services that they offer really is second to none.
We have family members who were unfortunately unable to attend mams funeral due to the current restrictions, but with the help of Julie’s personalised tributes and video footage taken on the day, this will allow them to be part of mams final journey which was so important to the family.
It definitely takes a special kind of person to do what they do, consoling and supporting bereaved families but they are both truly amazing people. They act with genuine respect, care and compassion.
Julie in particular works tirelessly around the clock, and despite having other families to support she has been there for us at all times which is something we cannot thank her enough for.
She has been a shoulder to cry on, and has acted like a friend in what has been a very sad journey.
Once again a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you have helped us give Mam the send off she deserves.

John and Julie and the whole team at Delanoy Funeral Services were absolutely excellent. They made a very difficult time as easy as possible with a first class, friendly, sympathetic and respectful service.
Julie's video tribute to Ron was perfect. A touching tribute to him, which he'd have loved. Julie was so innovative and imaginative in producing something with unexpected touches throughout.
This was the first experience I have personally had with Delanoy's but my mother has family ties with the company going back generations, so we knew they were a long-established and well respected company.
They were very responsive. Prompt and accomodating of everything we wanted. Both of us would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Delanoy Funeral Services recently arranged my father’s funeral. John and Julie made the whole process so much easier than it could have been. They were sensitive, caring and compassionate when dealing with myself and my family and offered a totally bespoke service with some wonderfully personal touches. They even got up at sunrise to take my father on a drive past his favourite places and made a very touching video of this which we have watched several times and really helped us with the grieving process. These people really care about what they do. They are professional, caring and totally aware of the importance of their role to grieving families. On top of that their bill was very reasonable indeed. I can not recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for what they did.
