Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. They keep in touch and are very clear on what you do and don’t need to think about. In the end, we had the most wonderful day which celebrated Mam’s life with all the people who knew and loved her. At a sad time, you are very safe in their hands.

Another fantastic service of John Delanoy and Julie from Delanoy Funeral Services myself and 3 other family members been up to durham crematorium for a direct cremation of a uncle although it was only a direct cremation it's what the deceased wanted no fuss.John brought him up in the hearse other company's where just coming in cars or vans walked him into the crematorium put flowers and photo on the coffin at no extra cost and let us even sit with our uncle for couple of mins and played music absolutely fantastic service from them.x

From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. So sorry to be reading this. A lady Sew it All had the pleasure of doing clothing alterations for and often in my thoughts. A very inspirational lady always had words of wisdom and wonderful stories to tell, never failed to have a laugh with Dorothy. Wake up on a morning and say "right, ive not lived this day before let's see what its got in store " god bless you dorothy 🙏 Deepest condolences to the the family.
