From the moment we engaged Delanoy Funeral Services the attention given to us as a family was not only professional but personal. Throughout the entire process John and Julie supported us beyond what we could have ever expected. There was no question too big or too small. Every detail was impeccable from the passing of Fred to laying him to rest. The personal touches given by John and Julie put us all at ease - they went above and beyond especially on the day of the funeral, making sure every element was perfect.
The effort in the background ensured that we had nothing to worry about as we could trust it was all being dealt with which took a lot of the worry away in what was a very difficult time for us as a family. The flowers were all just perfect, the order of service exactly as we requested and on the day of the funeral we could not have asked for anything more.

I use funeral partners rather than funeral directors because John and Julie involved the family at every step of the funeral planning. No detail was too small for them to step in and take care of, to provide the smoothest and most unobtrusive service we could possibly expect.

Delanoys don't take centre stage in the funeral, the family do; Delanoys make sure that everything is taken care of so that the family have nothing to worry about. They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.
