Absolute first class service start to finish from both John and Julie and the rest of the team! Nothing too much trouble, caring and considerate throughout an already painful process, up to date with every little detail and obviously work close with other great people! I’m so pleased I chose Delanoy Funeral Services to assist with arrangements after the loss of my dad. The whole process was made much more bearable due to John and Julie’s friendly, caring and sympathetic approach. They looked after myself and my family from day 1. Their knowledge and professionalism shines through and together they made my dad’s funeral a day I know he would have been proud of, with some extra personal touches. On the 14th November this year we said our goodbyes to my father and John and Julie were there to give a personal send off.
From the moment we set off it was exactly as I could imagine my father would have wanted, the little touches that they made were so lovely and thoughtful.

We as a family cannot speak highly enough of the personal, professional and respectful way John and Julie handled our Dad’s funeral.
From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. They were extremely considerate and showed empathy throughout in what was a very difficult time for all of us and for that we will always remain extremely grateful. We cannot recommend them enough.
