My son sadly passed away 22 June this year after a long fight with cancer aged 2 years it was the most devastating time we have had to go through. I cannot thank Julie and john enough went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time they even got us a personalised coffin of his favourite character I cannot recommend them enough

John and Julie are the ultimate in customer care. From day one they showed care and kindness and guided us through the whole process. I can only say they made a difficult time easier to bear. On behalf of the family of the late Margaret Gillespie I would like to thank John, Julie and all their staff for the support they gave to us after the passing of our Aunty. Aunty Margaret died in North Tees Hospital and she was buried in Kilcar, Co. Donegal, Fire.
John and Julie organised and advised us on the funeral arrangements here with thoughtfulness and compassion.
We were kept informed of Aunty Margaret's repatriation throughout on her journey back to Ireland. For all of this we are truly grateful.

During your saddest times Julie and John are the people you need. Julie’s incredible and genuine warmth and John’s quiet, reassuring professionalism will navigate you through this awful time. Nothing is too much trouble and no question is too silly. Always contactable you’re made to feel like you’re their only priority. We felt so fortunate to have found them and to have been able to entrust our mum to them. Everything was so beautifully, tastefully and respectfully orchestrated. We could not have been more pleased with how the day went and we cannot thank them enough.

Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. They keep in touch and are very clear on what you do and don’t need to think about. In the end, we had the most wonderful day which celebrated Mam’s life with all the people who knew and loved her.
