Julie and John and their team made us feel like we where family and they where ours been completely compassionate to us losing a daughter and sister they went above and beyond to help us grieve despite having problems to bring a loved one home they went to end the earth to make everything we wished for come true to send our beloved Becca off in the most special way we could have imagined full of dignity and respect a truly beautiful day for a beautiful soul made special by incredible people we will forever hold you both close in our hearts thank you from all the family of Becca luke xx

I can't recommend Delanoy's enough. John and Julie were absolutely fantastic for me and my family when organising my dad's funeral. They went above and beyond and made us feel like they genuinely cared for us. They were always just a text away to answer the miriad of questions we had and to include extra things to the service. Adding little touches like all wearing hartlepool united ties and many others, that we loved so much. The tribute video that julie made was brilliant and made sure my dad got the send off he deserved. They made our worst day as lovely as possible and we as a family will never forget it. The loss of a loved one is extremely hard but it helps if you receive care and support at this time. In this regard, as a family, we were so grateful for the help of John and Julie. They guided us through the process and came up with useful suggestions on setting up the funeral arrangements. Everyone we spoke to afterwards were complimentary on the service, in particular, the video of a life well spent by dad (jack). Our thanks to John and Julie for making a difficult day bearable and providing our family with memories of dad which will never go away.

Another fantastic service of John Delanoy and Julie from Delanoy Funeral Services myself and 3 other family members been up to durham crematorium for a direct cremation of a uncle although it was only a direct cremation it's what the deceased wanted no fuss.John brought him up in the hearse other company's where just coming in cars or vans walked him into the crematorium put flowers and photo on the coffin at no extra cost and let us even sit with our uncle for couple of mins and played music absolutely fantastic service from them.x

We would like to thank John, Julie & their wonderful team for everything they done for us during the worst time of our lives. It is obvious how much they care & their attention to detail is unmatched. They gave our beautiful Mam/Nana the best send off and we are eternally grateful. We could not have asked for more.

Delanoys Funeral services, we're fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me and my family through a very difficult time. Excellent service and communication, I would highly recommend them.

My son sadly passed away 22 June this year after a long fight with cancer aged 2 years it was the most devastating time we have had to go through.
