From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice. The care and compassion that Julie and John showed to the whole family truly is amazing. We discussed what arrangements we would like, and they carried out every little detail we asked for, there was never a time when we were told no, we can’t do that. Due to the expertise of Julie and John our brother Mark got the most perfect service for us to all say our goodbyes. Julie was an absolute rock to our mam (Marilyn) when we couldn’t be there, and I can’t thank her enough for this (she is an absolute super star). My father passed away on the 10th of April he had a pre paid funeral plan which made my life so much easier at a terrible time. John and Julie were absolutely amazing through out the whole process and did not falter. They rang me text me and visited through out the whole process. Their attention to detail was amazing. When you are in such a vulnerable place you need someone to rely on and trust. John and Julie were those people, I felt comforted and safe under their care. My dad would have been so grateful for their support as am I.

The entire process was brilliant, the finer details really separate Delanoy and other directors. The loss of a loved one is extremely hard but it helps if you receive care and support at this time. In this regard, as a family, we were so grateful for the help of John and Julie. They guided us through the process and came up with useful suggestions on setting up the funeral arrangements. Everyone we spoke to afterwards were complimentary on the service, in particular, the video of a life well spent by dad (jack). Our thanks to John and Julie for making a difficult day bearable and providing our family with memories of dad which will never go away.

My father recently died and Delanoys were our first choice for acting as our funeral partners. I use funeral partners rather than funeral directors because John and Julie involved the family at every step of the funeral planning. I really don't know were to start with how amazing this service is, they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as ever at such a difficult time, from the day I lost my mam they were with me from day 2 helping me plan everything, making sure everything was in place so she could have the most amazing send off, even went out there way to take me to my mams favourite places to make the most precious video ever, and most of all took really good care of my mam and made her look as beautiful as ever, me, my family and peppa would really like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for literally every little thing Julie and John have done you guys are amazing the best funeral service by far ❤
