From the day my dad passed right up until his send off they’ve treated both ourselves and my dad with the utmost respect. Their professionalism is second to none. They’ve shown great empathy and consideration throughout the most difficult time of our lives and for that we will forever be grateful. Another fantastic service of John Delanoy and Julie from Delanoy Funeral Services myself and 3 other family members been up to durham crematorium for a direct cremation of a uncle although it was only a direct cremation it's what the deceased wanted no fuss.John brought him up in the hearse other company's where just coming in cars or vans walked him into the crematorium put flowers and photo on the coffin at no extra cost and let us even sit with our uncle for couple of mins and played music absolutely fantastic service from them.x

We as a family cannot speak highly enough of the personal, professional and respectful way John and Julie handled our Dad’s funeral.
From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

What a day! 💜

There were laughs, struggles and plenty of tough moments, but above all, there was an amazing team. Together, we pushed through and did it.

21 miles completed and almost £3,651 raised so far for Pulmonary Fibrosis in memory of Les Kennedy, as we approach Father’s Day tomorrow.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and sponsored us, it is truly appreciated by Laura Kennedy, Christine and their family.

And a huge thank you to David Jackson, Julie A Clark, Leona Wray, and everyone who helped with pit stops, refreshments and support along the way.
