John and Julie are so easy to talk to and very compassionate, and dignified. They fully respected our families wishes and gave us the best advice to ease our loss. Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. They keep in touch and are very clear on what you do and don’t need to think about. In the end, we had the most wonderful day which celebrated Mam’s life with all the people who knew and loved her. 3 years ago Delanoys provided their service for my mothers funeral and back then their service was excellent, both John and Julie provided a beautiful send off for her.
On the 14th November this year we said our goodbyes to my father and John and Julie were there to give a personal send off.
From the moment we set off it was exactly as I could imagine my father would have wanted, the little touches that they made were so lovely and thoughtful.

My husband, Bill, said he wanted a no fuss, simple funeral and that is what Delanoy arranged for us.
