John and Julie helped my family and I through the toughest time of our lives. From day 1 they were kind, caring, compassionate although very professional. We unexpectedly and very sadly lost my brother in May and the time he spent in the hands of Delanoy’s I know he was treated with respect and love, John went above and beyond for us as a family when visiting my brother with a little touch of spraying his aftershave in the viewing area which brought great comfort to me and my family. We cannot repay John and Julie for the amazing service provided throughout and the constant communication at any time of day which is extremely helpful for a grieving family, nothing is a bother to them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Delanoy Funeral services. Thank you again x

from the moment Delanoy's involvement began, just a few short hours after our adored Nana had peacefully passed away surrounded by love, to the time for saying a final goodbye at the funeral, everybody at Delanoys treated nana with the utmost dignity and respect. Ensuring that they were compassionate and supportive in every interaction we had with them. Thankyou to all for making sure that our family were supported and informed so professionally, and allowing us to have time to navigate one of the most difficult parts of life with the comfort and assurance that allowed this to be as worry-free as possible.

Throughout the entire process John and Julie supported us beyond what we could have ever expected. There was no question too big or too small. Every detail was impeccable from the passing of Fred to laying him to rest. The personal touches given by John and Julie put us all at ease - they went above and beyond especially on the day of the funeral, making sure every element was perfect.
The effort in the background ensured that we had nothing to worry about as we could trust it was all being dealt with which took a lot of the worry away in what was a very difficult time for us as a family. The flowers were all just perfect, the order of service exactly as we requested and on the day of the funeral we could not have asked for anything more.

Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

Condolences to Edith’s family. She was a great colleague and nurse at William Brown Centre.
