Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.

As a family we truly can’t thank John & Julie enough for the service they have provided for us. From the day my dad passed right up until his send off they’ve treated both ourselves and my dad with the utmost respect. Their professionalism is second to none. They’ve shown great empathy and consideration throughout the most difficult time of our lives and for that we will forever be grateful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they’ve guided us every step of the way, the send off they gave my dad would have been exactly what he wanted which we have found great comfort in whilst grieving such a huge loss. My mother died late March and Delanoy did a beautiful and dignified funeral I would recommend them as being the best in the area

Arranging a funeral from the other side of the county was as daunting task. John and Julie handled everything from transportation to suggestions on the wake. My father recently died and Delanoys were our first choice for acting as our funeral partners. I use funeral partners rather than funeral directors because John and Julie involved the family at every step of the funeral planning. No detail was too small for them to step in and take care of, to provide the smoothest and most unobtrusive service we could possibly expect.

Delanoys don't take centre stage in the funeral, the family do; Delanoys make sure that everything is taken care of so that the family have nothing to worry about. Nothing is left to chance and the level of planning ensures the funeral is as smooth as possible, and their local knowledge and local contacts eases the pressure at an incredibly stressful time.

I used Delanoys 9 years ago for my Dad, and just recently for my Mam.
