From our first meeting, they handled everything with sensitivity, professionalism, and genuine empathy. They guided us gently through each step, ensuring all the arrangements were exactly as my mother would have wanted. Their attention to detail, respectful communication, and support made an incredibly difficult time more bearable knowing my mother had the send off she deserved. Their communication was fantastic and consistent and nothing was a bother. Nothing felt rushed and it truly felt like they cared. My father recently died and Delanoys were our first choice for acting as our funeral partners. I use funeral partners rather than funeral directors because John and Julie involved the family at every step of the funeral planning. No detail was too small for them to step in and take care of, to provide the smoothest and most unobtrusive service we could possibly expect.

Delanoys don't take centre stage in the funeral, the family do; Delanoys make sure that everything is taken care of so that the family have nothing to worry about. Nothing is left to chance and the level of planning ensures the funeral is as smooth as possible, and their local knowledge and local contacts eases the pressure at an incredibly stressful time.

Delanoys were so sensitive in organising our Mam’s funeral. Julie and John are easy to trust. At a time when it is hard to think clearly, they take away the worry and stress by stepping you through what needs to happen. They listened and responded with tasteful suggestions. From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. They were extremely considerate and showed empathy throughout in what was a very difficult time for all of us and for that we will always remain extremely grateful. We cannot recommend them enough.

Known you from day dot… brought up like family on holidays outings etc… sending love to all the family… passed the same day as dad. They’ll be propping the bar up somewhere together 🍻💔🕊️

Had some right laughs with Daz. He was there to witness some of my most embarrassing moments on the drink (his fault 😆) top lad who's gone far too soon. Rest well mate.
