when you loose a loved one it’s difficult to know which direction to turn, however i knew that John and Julie would give us the best care of my Mam. Julie is an absolute tower of strength and my Mam looked beautiful and at peace with Julie’s exceptional personal touch.
Even though my Dad and I were planning for one of the hardest days of our lives John and Julie made us smile with shared memories of our and their family.
Delanoy Funeral Services are by far outstanding in their field, heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all of their care and attention to detail.

We're do I start, suddenly we lost our precious dad on 30/07/2024, Delony were absolutely amazing from start to finish, they gave our dad the most perfect send off,they were very caring and supportive at this devastating time. I would like to thank Julie, John and the team for there compassion and professionalism, also a massive thank you for showing our dad's life at the church which made everyone cry and laugh.

We unexpectedly and very sadly lost my brother in May and the time he spent in the hands of Delanoy’s I know he was treated with respect and love, John went above and beyond for us as a family when visiting my brother with a little touch of spraying his aftershave in the viewing area which brought great comfort to me and my family. We cannot repay John and Julie for the amazing service provided throughout and the constant communication at any time of day which is extremely helpful for a grieving family, nothing is a bother to them. From the moment we engaged Delanoy Funeral Services the attention given to us as a family was not only professional but personal. Throughout the entire process John and Julie supported us beyond what we could have ever expected. There was no question too big or too small. Every detail was impeccable from the passing of Fred to laying him to rest. The personal touches given by John and Julie put us all at ease - they went above and beyond especially on the day of the funeral, making sure every element was perfect.
The effort in the background ensured that we had nothing to worry about as we could trust it was all being dealt with which took a lot of the worry away in what was a very difficult time for us as a family. The flowers were all just perfect, the order of service exactly as we requested and on the day of the funeral we could not have asked for anything more.

3 years ago Delanoys provided their service for my mothers funeral and back then their service was excellent, both John and Julie provided a beautiful send off for her.
On the 14th November this year we said our goodbyes to my father and John and Julie were there to give a personal send off.
From the moment we set off it was exactly as I could imagine my father would have wanted, the little touches that they made were so lovely and thoughtful.
Myself and my family would like to thank John and Julie but also to all the staff who were very courteous, friendly and professional.

From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. Delanoy Funeral Services provided truly exceptional care during such a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate, which made a world of difference to us.

They took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about every detail. Seeing my mam in the chapel was both emotional and comforting — she looked absolutely beautiful, and her hair was done to perfection. That meant so much to us.
