I would like to thank John & Julie and staff from Delanoy Funeral services for the services that they provided for my brother and most recently sister in laws funeral.
Now some reviews give you an idea of how customer focused a business is. All the staff at Delanoy funeral services are amazing we would not have been able to give my sister in law the sending off we wanted had it not been for John & Julie. I would not recommend a service especially a one where you only get to do it once but you will not be disappointed with their service.

We wanted to take the time to say a huge Thank you to both Julie and John for the support that they have given us throughout this very difficult time.
The service that they have provided since the moment we initially made that first call, up until the day of mams service has been truly outstanding.
In particular the bespoke services that they offer really is second to none.
We have family members who were unfortunately unable to attend mams funeral due to the current restrictions, but with the help of Julie’s personalised tributes and video footage taken on the day, this will allow them to be part of mams final journey which was so important to the family.
It definitely takes a special kind of person to do what they do, consoling and supporting bereaved families but they are both truly amazing people. They act with genuine respect, care and compassion.
Julie in particular works tirelessly around the clock, and despite having other families to support she has been there for us at all times which is something we cannot thank her enough for.
She has been a shoulder to cry on, and has acted like a friend in what has been a very sad journey.
Once again a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you have helped us give Mam the send off she deserves.

From the minute they stepped through the door in the middle of the night I instantly knew we had made the right choice. The care and compassion that Julie and John showed to the whole family truly is amazing. We discussed what arrangements we would like, and they carried out every little detail we asked for, there was never a time when we were told no, we can’t do that. Due to the expertise of Julie and John our brother Mark got the most perfect service for us to all say our goodbyes. Julie was an absolute rock to our mam (Marilyn) when we couldn’t be there, and I can’t thank her enough for this (she is an absolute super star). Arranging a funeral from the other side of the county was as daunting task. John and Julie handled everything from transportation to suggestions on the wake. From the day our Dad passed right up to the day we laid him to rest they went above and beyond in making the day perfect even with a few last minute touches and surprises for the family. 3 years ago Delanoys provided their service for my mothers funeral and back then their service was excellent, both John and Julie provided a beautiful send off for her.
On the 14th November this year we said our goodbyes to my father and John and Julie were there to give a personal send off.
From the moment we set off it was exactly as I could imagine my father would have wanted, the little touches that they made were so lovely and thoughtful.
Myself and my family would like to thank John and Julie but also to all the staff who were very courteous, friendly and professional.
It was a difficult day but went very smoothly thanks to Delanoys funeral services.

Delenoy Funeral Service go above and beyond for families at the worst time. In the space of 8 months they have done my dads and my mums funeral. I cannot fault the service they provide, the little details they put in place to make it as special as possible and the friendliness of John and Julie.
